WineVine is provided by Tindlo Inc. These terms apply to www.winevinecast.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Use an email address you control, verify it, and keep your password private. You are responsible for your account activity. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Listening and the app
You may browse without an account. Guests receive a cumulative 30-second preview per episode in this browser. Verified members can listen to available full episodes. The website does not scan photographs. Label scanning is a separate iPhone app feature; app availability is shown on the homepage.
Wine information
Ratings, tasting descriptions, and food pairings are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not health advice or a guarantee that you will enjoy a wine. We do not sell alcohol on this website. Follow the legal drinking age where you are, drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.
Publisher content
Podcasts are streamed from independent publishers. Publishers retain their rights and may change or remove episodes. Your use is for personal listening; these terms do not grant rights to copy, redistribute, or sell publisher content. To report a rights concern, contact winvine@tindlo.com with the episode link and a description of your rights.
Privacy and consent
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, browser storage, and publisher connections. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Leaving WineVine
In My account, select Delete account, re-enter your password, and type DELETE. Listening access stops and deletion is scheduled after a 24-hour cancellation window. Log in during that window to cancel. The hourly deletion job permanently removes your website account and its consent record after the deadline. Deleted data cannot be restored through re-registration.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, third-party media, or complete wine information. We may update the service or these terms, and will identify the revision date. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
