Delete your account
You control your WineVine account.
- Log in with your verified email.
- Open My account and select Delete account.
- Re-enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
A 24-hour safety window
Member listening stops immediately. Log in again before the deadline and select Cancel scheduled deletion to keep the account. After the deadline, the hourly cleanup permanently removes your website account and consent record. Re-registering creates a new account; deleted information does not return.
Browser-only preview history remains until you clear website storage. Protected recovery copies roll off within 35 days. See our Privacy Policy.
Can’t log in?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in form. For help or a deletion request, email winvine@tindlo.com from your account email. Never send us your password or verification code.
